CERTA is a non-profit educational organization chartered to promote & increase literacy in math, science and tecnology by using experimental rocketry as a learning tool. CERTA is developing curricula and projects for all ages, abilities and experience levels. CERTA has identified over 70 different subjects that can be taught through experimental rocketry.
CERTA is also building a world class launch site for expressly for civilian rocketry.
